Rally Bot, robotics learned by playing
Rally Bot is an online educational game that teaches STEM and robotics by having players do them. Players meet in the arena and form a team, then build and program their own robot to compete in the game mode they pick. It's competitive and customisable, so learning how a robot works feels like playing to win.

Design decisions
Build it, then program it
Each player puts together a robot from parts and then programs it, so the robotics is something they do, not something they read about.
Learning as a team
Players meet in the arena and form teams before a match, so building and programming are worked out together.
An arena that tests the design
Spikes, saw blades, pits and jump pads fill the arena, so a weak build or a sloppy program shows up the moment the match starts.
Modes to choose from
Teams compete in the game mode they pick, and the experience can be customised, which keeps the challenge fresh.
